Homer R. Baria, PMP. PSM I, SMC, AMC, SPOC is a highly experienced Project Manager and has been around the block for the past 25 years.

 

​He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), a Scrum Master Certified, and an Agile Master Certified. His practical experience spans more than 40 years, 25 of which in various leadership roles in projects; as Head of Project Management Office, a Program/Portfolio Manager, a Senior Project Manager, and as a Senior Manager for Delivery. His projects includes initiatives in Engineering, Information Technology, New Products and Services, and Construction.
