The Practical Project Manager (Applied Project Management)
A 2-day complement to the Project Management Fundamentals course with emphasis on practical application of the PM concepts, principles, tools & techniques in every stages of the project. Apart from passing to the participants the benefit of his experience, the Project Management Professional (PMP®) will provide the participants templates, project documents, to maximize its development and purpose.
Project Management for People Leaders
The 2-day Project Management for People Leaders is a management development course A significant segment of executives & managers are “missing – out” on current trends in project management, and exhibits knowledge gaps in managing their projects. Their unique position requires a learning path that combines project management principles, leadership, and management development which they can relate to and validate against their experience.
Agile Project Foundation
The 2-day course commences with an introduction to the foundation and history of the Agile movement, then drills into Agile Project Management activities related to planning, monitoring and controlling projects highlighting the role of collaboration, developing appropriate feedback and quality systems, including elevating the focus from schedule and budget targets to delivering customer value. Agile having been known to espouse a number of methodologies i.e. Scrum, DSDM, XP, etc., the session’s design shall remain as a basic first step (foundation) in Agile knowledge acquisition.

Managing Multiple Projects (Program & Portfolio Management)
This is a course for the busy Project Manager and Program/Portfolio Managers. This 2 – day course will discuss strategies, tools and techniques to successfully manage multiple projects, learn the skills required to develop a structure for integrating individual projects into a single management portfolio. The final topic are the key interpersonal skills needed by project managers to survive in the multiple projects environment.
Project Management Planning & Control
A 2-day course in the successful management of project scope, time and cost and all three must be closely defined, monitored and controlled (the theory of constraints). The course covers how to successfully plan and control a project, including selected PM processes from the PMI Integration, Scope, Time, and Cost Knowledge Areas. Also, the course addresses project initiation, requirements identification and analysis, scope identification and planning, the scope baseline, scope management and change control, and scope verification. Also, the course covers the value of Stakeholders Management and the use of the Work Breakdown Structure.
Project Stakeholder & Communication Management
Your projects will not be successful without significant, continuous interaction and communication with stakeholders. The focus of stakeholder management isn't to manage stakeholders but instead to manage their engagement.
